Realty Action: Opening Order, Nevada; Notice
SUMMARY: This notice opens the land previously closed to entry by a
Recreation and Public Purpose Classification N-36627.
EFFECTIVE DATE: April 10, 1996.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The lands described below were classified
suitable for lease or sale pursuant to the Recreation and Public
Purposes Act, as amended (43 U.S.C. 869, 869-1 to 869-4) and the land
was segregated from appropriation under the public land laws and the
general mining laws. The segregation was terminated January 23, 1995 by
publication in the Federal Register (60 FR Page #4444).

Sec. 9: Lots 15, 16, 17, and 18.
Containing 60.00 acres, more or less.
On the date of publication of this notice in the Federal Register
the land will be opened to appropriation under Public Law 101-621 Red
Rock Canyon National Conservation Area Establishment Act of 1990 and
Public Law 103-450 Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area Expansion
Act of 1994. All federal lands within the conservation area and all
lands and interests therein which are acquired by the United States
after the date of enactment of these Acts for inclusion in the
conservation area are withdrawn from all forms of entry, appropriation,
or disposal under the public land laws, from location, entry, and
patent under the mining laws, and from operations under the mineral
leasing and geothermal leasing laws, and all amendments thereto.
