Agency Strategic Plan

AGENCY: U.S. Agency for International Development.

ACTION: Notice.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks 
public comment on its draft strategic plan. The plan, an important 
requirement under the Government Performance and Results Act, seeks to 
articulate the mission statement, goals and objectives of the United 
States' economic and humanitarian assistance programs.

DATES: Comments should be sent no later than April 18, 1997.
