Pacific Gas Transmission Co.; Notice of Compliance Filing

April 5, 1995.
    Take notice that on March 30, 1995, Pacific Gas Transmission 
Company (PGT) tendered for filing to be a part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
First Revised Volume No. 1-A, Substitute Fifth Revised Sheet No. 51, 
and requested that it be made effective March 20, 1995.
    PGT states that the tariff sheet which it is submitting corrects a 
typographical error in the Transportation Terms and Conditions Table of 
Contents in compliance with a March 15, 1995 Letter Order by OPR.
    PGT further states it has served a copy of this filing upon all 
parties on the official service list compiled by the Secretary in this 
proceeding, all interested State regulatory agencies and PGT's 
jurisdictional customers.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory commission, 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such protests should 
be filed on or before April 12, 1995. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
