2. Public Service Company of New Mexico

Take notice that on March 21, 1995, Public Service Company of New
Mexico (PNM) submitted for filing a letter of clarification to
supplement its June 16, 1994 filing of a Capacity and Energy Services
Agreement between PNM and Enron Power Marketing, Inc. (EPMI).
Copies of the supplement have been served upon EPMI and the New
Mexico Public Utility Commission.
