Additional information: By a vote of 3-0 on April 4, the
Commission determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec. 9.107(a)
of the Commission's rules that ``Briefing by Executive Branch''
(Closed--Ex. 1) be held on April 4, and on less than one week's
notice to the public.
Affirmation of Final Rule on ``Clarification of Decommissioning
Funding Assurance Requirements'' scheduled for April 5, posponed.
By a vote of 3-0 on April 6, the Commission determined pursuant
to U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec. 9.107(a) of the Commission's rules that
``Affirmation of final Amendment to the Nuclear Power Plant License
Renewal Rule (10 CFR Part 54)'' (Public Meeting) be held on April 6,
and on less than one week's notice to the public.
Note: Affirmation sessions are initially scheduled and announced
to the public on a time-reserved basis. Supplementary notice is
provided in accordance with the Sunshine Act as specific items are
identified and added to the meeting agenda. If there is no specific
subject listed for affirmation, this means that no item has as yet
