MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Commission will consider and act upon the 
following:

    1. Energy West Mining Co., Docket No. WEST 92-216-R (Issues 
include whether the judge erred in granting summary decision in 
resolving a disputed citation of violation of the ventilation plan.)
    2. U.S. Coal Inc., Docket No. SE 93-119. (Issues include whether 
the judge erred in concluding that the negligence of a non-
supervisory employee, who is a certified electrician, is imputable 
to the operator for the purpose of assessing civil penalties.)
    Any person attending this meeting who requires special 
accessibility features and/or auxiliary aids, such as sign language 
interpreters, must inform the Commission in advance of those needs.
