Penn-York Energy Corp.; Refund Report

April 6, 1994.
    Take notice that on December 3, 1993, Penn-York Energy Corporation 
(Penn-York) tendered for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission (Commission) its Refund Report in compliance with the 
Stipulation and Agreement in Docket Nos. RP91-68-015, et al., filed on 
January 12, 1993, and approved by the Commission on July 8, 1993, to 
make payment of refunds as listed in Appendix F by December 5, 1993. 
Penn-York states that the report to the Commission details the 
distribution of the refunds to the various customers and sets forth the 
data and computations supporting the distribution of the refunds 
covered by the report.
    Penn-York states that the refunds were made on November 30, 1993, 
and attached a summary showing the customers and the amounts they 
received, along with schedules showing computations of the refund 
amounts. Penn-York states that a copy of the summary was sent to each 
of the State Regulatory Agencies and each customer received the summary 
report and the computations supporting their refund. Penn-York reserves 
the right to modify its refund subject to any revisions made by the 
Commission.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.211. All such 
protests should be filed on or before April 13, 1994. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
