Stingray Pipeline Co.; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

    April 5, 1994.
Take notice that on March 31, 1994, Stingray Pipeline Company
(Stingray) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third
Revised Volume No. 1, Second Revised Sheet No. 56, to be effective May
    1, 1994.
Stingray states that the purpose of the filing is to modify section
5.7 of Rate Schedule ITS to permit Stingray to recover costs allocated
to certain firm transportation arrangements which terminate by their
own contractual terms prior to crediting revenues to interruptible
shippers via the revenue crediting mechanism.
Stingray requested waiver of the Commission's Regulations to the
extent necessary to permit the tariff sheet to become effective on May
    1, 1994.
Stingray states that a copy of the filing is being mailed to
Stingray's jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory
    agencies.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC
20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.214 and 385.211 of the
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must
be filed on or before April 12, 1994. Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any
person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene.
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available
for public inspection in the public reference room.

    Lois D. Cashell,
    Secretary.
