Alabama-Tennessee Natural Gas Co.; Notice of Proposed Changes in 
FERC Gas Tariff

April 7, 1995.
    Take notice that on April 4, 1995, Alabama-Tennessee Natural Gas 
Company (Alabama-Tennessee) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff 
sheets:

First Sub. Fifth Revised Sheet No. 4
Sub. Seventh Revised Sheet No. 4
Sub. Eighth Revised Sheet No. 4

    Alabama-Tennessee proposes that these tariff sheets be made 
effective September 1, 1994, October 1, 1994 and March 1, 1995, 
respectively.
    According to Alabama-Tennessee, this filing is being made to comply 
with the Commission's March 20, 1995 order in the above-captioned 
proceeding.
    Alabama-Tennssee states that copies of its filing were served upon 
the Company's jurisdictional customers and interested public bodies as 
well as all the parties shown on the Commission's official service list 
established in this proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed 
on or before April 14, 1995. All such protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection.
