    California; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area (Amendment #1)
    
        The above-numbered Declaration is hereby amended, effective March 
    24, 1995, to include Alameda, Alpine, Calaveras, Contra Costa, Merced, 
    San Francisco, San Joaquin, and San Mateo Counties in the State of 
    California as a disaster area due to damages resulting from severe 
    winter storms causing flooding, landslides, and mud debris flows 
    beginning on February 13, 1995 and continuing.
        All counties contiguous to the above-named counties have previously 
    been declared.
        All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date 
    for filing applications for physical damage is May 11, 1995, and for 
    loans for economic injury the deadline is December 12, 1995.
