    Pursuant to Pub. L. 92-463, notice is hereby given of the 
teleconference meeting of the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention 
(CSAP) National Advisory Council in April 1998.
    The agenda will include the review, discussion and evaluation of 
individual contract proposals and discussion of information about the 
Center's procurement plans. Therefore, this meeting will be closed to 
the public as determined by the Administrator, SAMHSA, in accordance 
with Title 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(3), (4) and (6) and 5 U.S.C. App. 2, 
section 10(d).
