SUMMARY:

This document requests comments on a Petition for Rule Making filed by Charles Crawford requesting the allotment of Channel 247A at Thomas, Oklahoma. The coordinates for Channel 247A at Thomas are 35-44-00 and 98-42-00. There is a site restriction 4.4 kilometers (2.8 miles) east of the community.
