Indian Tribe and U.S. Territory Applications for School-Based 
Grants

AGENCY: Corporation for National and Community Service.

ACTION: Notice of extension of application deadline.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: The Corporation for National and Community Service announces 
the availability of $754,800 for competitive grants to Indian Tribes 
and U.S. Territories for the purposes of planning, operating, 
implementing, or expanding high quality school-based service-learning 
programs.

DATES: Applications must be received no later than 6 p.m., Eastern 
Daylight Savings Time, on May 27, 1994, to be eligible.

    Note: The deadline has been extended from April 22, 1994.
