Leaseway Transportation Corporation and Its Carrier Subsidiaries
AGENCY: Interstate Commerce Commission.
ACTION: Notice of exemption.

SUMMARY: Under 49 U.S.C. 10505, the Commission exempts from the
regulatory requirements of 49 U.S.C. 11343 et seq., the acquisition and
control of Leaseway Transportation Corporation (LTC) and its 26 motor
carrier subsidiaries by Penske Dedicated Logistics Corporation (PDLC).
PDLC is under common control with a rail carrier.
DATES: This exemption is effective on April 14, 1995. Petitions to
reopen must be filed by May 4, 1995.
