determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(c)(1) and 10 CFR Sec. 9.104(a)(1) of
the Commission's rules that ``Briefing by Executive Branch'' (Closed--
Ex. 1) be held on March 23, and on less than one week's notice to the
public.
By a vote of 3-1 on April 3, the Commission determined pursuant to
U.S.C. 552b(c)(1) and 10 CFR Sec. 9.104(a)(1) of the Commission's rules
that ``Affirmation of Louisiana Energy Services--Review of LBP-96-25
(NEPA Issues); Review of LBP-97-8 (Environmental Justice)'' be held on
April 3, and on less than one week's notice to the public.
