    PG&E Gas Transmission, Northwest Corporation; Notice of Annual 
    Report
    
    April 8, 1998.
        Take notice that on January 29, 1998, PG&E Gas Transmission, 
    Northwest Corporation, (PG&E GT-NW) (formerly Pacific Gas Transmission 
    Company) tendered for filing its Annual Report on Deferred Revenue 
    Recovery Mechanism and Revenue Reconciliation for the Year Ending 
    October 31, 1997 for its Medford, Oregon Extension FTS-1 (E-2).
        PG&E GT-NW asserts that the purpose of this filing is to comply 
    with the Commission's Order of January 12, 1995 in Docket Nos. CP93-
    618, et al. That order requires PG&E GT-NW to file an annual report 
    concerning its deferred revenue recovery mechanism and detailing the 
    cost of service for GT-NW's Medford Extension and the status of its 
    deferred revenue recovery mechanism.
        PG&E GT-NW further states that copies of its filing has been served 
    on PG&E GT-NW's jurisdictional customers and interested state 
    regulatory agencies, as well as the Official Service list compiled by 
    the Secretary in this proceeding.

        Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
    with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
    Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
    Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed on 
    or before April 15, 1998. Protests will be considered by the Commission 
    in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve 
    to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies of this filing 
    are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection 
    in the Public Reference Room.
