contained in Original Volume No. 2 of Northwest's FERC Gas Tariff.
Northwest states that the revised Factor of 0.84% is calculated
using a two-year average of actual lost and unaccounted-for gas as
directed by the Commission. Northwest seeks waiver of any necessary
regulations so that the proposed tariff sheets may be effective May 1,
    1999.
Northwest states that a copy of this filing has been served upon
each person designated on the official service list compiled by the
    Secretary in this proceeding.
