Take notice that on April 1, 2003, PG&E Gas Transmission, Northwest Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing to be part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1-A., Sixth Revised Sheet No. 15, Second Revised Sheet No. 18, Third Revised Sheet No. 19, Second Revised Sheet No. 20, and Original Sheet No. 2, with an effective date of April 1, 2003.

GTN states that these sheets are being filed to reflect the implementation of three Negotiated Rate Agreements and the removal of three Negotiated Rate Agreements that have expired.

GTN further states that a copy of this filing has been served on GTN's jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies.
