described below in late April 1997, the Department of the Treasury is

Title: IRS On-Line Filing (OLF) Program Focus Group Interviews.
Description: The objective of this focus group study is to gather
information from these taxpayers about what they perceive to be
barriers to On-Line Filing, and how they prefer to be informed about
the program. This study is being conducted at the request of the
Pennsylvania District Office Research and Analysis division and the
Philadelphia District Taxpayer Education/Electronic Filing staffs.
