Ozone Monitoring Season
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: EPA is proposing to revise portions of part 58 of chapter 1 of
title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Appendix D, the
Ozone Monitoring Season by State Table in Section 2.5. The revisions
change the ozone monitoring season for Connecticut, Maine,
Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont to April 1-
September 30.
DATES: Comments must be received on or before May 16, 1997.
