Platte Pipe Line Company; Notice of Technical Conference

April 11, 1997.
    On March 20, 1997, the Commission issued an order \1\ in the 
captioned docket requiring, among other things, that a technical 
conference be convened to investigate the reasonableness of Platte's 
proposed tariff change to Item No. 8-A, Nomination dates and payment 
obligations, which reflects the added terms of payment obligations 
related to the volumes delivered vis-a-vis the volumes nominated.

    The conference will begin at 9:00 a.m., on Friday, April 18, 1997, 
at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E.,
