Tennessee; Amendment to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Tennessee (FEMA-1167-DR), dated March 7, 1997, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: April 4, 1997.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State 
of Tennessee is hereby amended to include the following areas among 
those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the 
catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his 
declaration of March 7, 1997:

    The counties of Benton, Clay, Decatur, Hardeman, Hardin, 
Henderson, Henry, Humphreys, and Jackson for Public Assistance and 
Hazard Mitigation.
    The counties of Gibson, Lake, and Tipton for Categories C 
through G under the Public Assistance program (already designated 
for Individual Assistance and Hazard Mitigation and Categories A and 
B under the Public Assistance program).
