    This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief from specified requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations.     Petition for Exemption

    Petitioner: Brittan Evan Kirk.

    Description of Relief Sought: The petitioner is seeking an exemption from § 61.55(i) to allow the petitioner to obtain a Second-In-Command (SIC) pilot type rating in an ex-British Airways Concorde flight simulator. The petitioner seeks relief from the requirement that the Concorde flight simulator must be used in accordance with an approved training course conducted by a 14 CFR part 142 training center.
