Correction

    In proposed rule document 94-7647 beginning on page 15149 in the 
issue of Thursday, March 31, 1994, make the following correction:


Sec. 540.5  [Corrected]

    On page 15150, in the third column, in the table, in the second 
column, in the first entry, ``10% of UPR.'' should read ``110% of 
UPR.''
