Cancellation of Hearing on Submission #9602
AGENCY: Office of the Secretary, Labor.
ACTION: Notice of cancellation of hearing.

SUMMARY: On March 13, 1997, the Department provided notice in the
Federal Register of the hearing, open to the public, on Submission
#9602. The notice stated that the hearing would be held in Tucson,
Arizona, on April 17, 1997, at a location to be announced. On March 31,
1997, the Department provided notice of change of date, that the
hearing would be held on April 18, 1997, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and
providing the location at City Hall, 255 West Alameda, Tucson, Arizona
85701.
Submisstion #9602 has since been withdrawn. The purpose of this
notice is to announce the cancellation of the hearing.
