SUMMARY:

An open meeting of the Earned Income Tax Credit Committee of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be conducted at the Peachtree Federal Summit Building, 401 W. Peachtree St., NW., in Atlanta, Georgia 30308, in Room 530. The Committee will be discussing issues pertaining to the IRS administration of the Earned Income Tax Credit.

The meeting will be held Friday, May 6, 2005.

App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Earned Income Tax Credit Committee of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Friday, May 6, 2005 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. e.t. at 401 W. Peachtree St., NW., Atlanta, Georgia 30308 Room 530. The public is invited to make oral comments. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
