    Notice of Final Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 Fair Market Rents (FMRs), Update.

    SUMMARY:

    Today's notice updates the FY 2014 FMRs for Santa Barbara-Santa Maria-Goleta, CA, MSA, and Stamford-Norwalk, CT, HUD Metro FMR Area (HMFA), based on surveys conducted in November 2013 by the area public housing agencies (PHAs). The FY 2014 FMRs for these areas reflect the estimated 40th percentile rent levels trended to April 1, 2014.

    Effective Date: The FMRs published in this notice are effective on April 18, 2014.
