Texas-Ohio Pipeline, Inc.; Notice of Compliance Filing

April 13, 1994.
    Take notice that on February 16, 1994, Texas-Ohio Pipeline, Inc. 
(Texas-Ohio) filed revised tariff sheets to be included in its 
Statement of Terms and Conditions, submitted pursuant to the 
requirements of 18 CFR part 284. Texas-Ohio states that the tariff 
sheets set forth procedures applicable to transactions with its 
marketing affiliates as required by Sec. 250.16(b) of the Commission's 
Regulation, 18 CFR 250.16(b).
    Texas-Ohio states that the purpose of the filing is to comply with 
the Commission's December 23, 1993 ``Order'' in Docket No. MG93-5-000.
    Texas-Ohio states that copies of its filing were served on all 
parties to this proceeding, customers and interested state regulatory 
agencies.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street NE., Washington, DC 
20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.214 and 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should 
be filed on or before April 20, 1994. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any 
person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. 
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available 
for public inspection in the public reference room.
