Northern Natural Gas Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

April 15, 1996.
    Take notice that on March 29, 1996, Northern Natural Gas Company 
(Northern), tendered for filing schedules recomputing certain charges 
to comply with the Commission's Order issued March 15, 1996 in the 
above referenced Docket Nos. RP95-65-000 and RP95-69-000, pursuant to 
which Order Northern was directed to recompute its GSR price 
differentials according to the requirements of Section 25.G of its 
tariff and to file tariff sheets and supporting workpapers reflecting 
that recomputation, within 15 days of the issuance of the order.
    Northern states that copies of the filing were served upon the 
company's customers and interested State Commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C., 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. All 
protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken in this proceeding, but will not serve 
to make protestant a party to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are 
on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
