NATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR THE ARTS AND THE HUMANITIES


National Council on the Arts Meeting

    Pursuant to Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act 
(Pub. L. 92-463), as amended, notice is hereby given that a meeting of 
the National Council on the Arts will be held from 9:45 a.m. to 12:00 
p.m. on May 3, 1995, at The Century Association, #7 West 43rd Street, 
New York, NY.
    This meeting is for the purpose of reviewing nominations for the 
National Medal of Arts. In accordance with the determination of the 
Chairman of June 22, 1995, these sessions will be closed to the public 
pursuant to subsections (c)(4), (6) and 9(B) of section 552b of Title 
5, United States Code.
