Agency Holding the Meeting: Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve 
System.

Time and Date: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 24, 1996.

Place: Marriner S. Eccles Federal Reserve Board Building, C Street 
entrance between 20th and 2lst Streets, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20551.

Status: Open.

Matters to be Considered:
    Summary Agenda: Because of their routine nature, no substantive 
discussion of the following items is anticipated. These matters will be 
voted on without discussion unless a member of the Board requests that 
the items be moved to the discussion agenda.

    1. Proposed revisions to the Federal Reserve System's cash access 
policy concerning Federal Reserve Bank cash service levels.
    2. Publication for comment of proposed amendments to Regulation O 
(Loans to Executive Officers, Directors, and Principal Shareholders of 
Member Banks) to remove certain restrictions that apply to extensions 
of credit by a bank to executive officers and directors of the bank's 
affiliates.

Discussion Agenda:

    3. (a) Proposed amendments to Regulation T (Credit by Brokers and 
Dealers) (proposed earlier for public comment; Docket No. R-0772), and 
(b) publication for comment of proposed additional amendments to 
Regulation T.
    4. Any items carried forward from a previously announced meeting.

    Note: This meeting will be recorded for the benefit of those
