National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation; Notice of Compliance Filing

March 27, 1996.
    Take notice that on March 22, 1996, National Fuel Gas Supply 
Corporation (National) tendered for filing various tariff sheets as 
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume Nos. 1 and 2, in 
compliance with the Letter order issued by the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission on February 16, 1996.
    National states that under Article IX of the rate settlement and 
Article VII of the gathering settlement, the tariff sheets became 
effective on various dates.
    National further states that copies of this filing were served upon 
the company's jurisdictional customers and upon the Regulatory 
Commissions of the States of New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Delaware, 
Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C., 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such 
protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the 
Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered

by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection.
