In rule document 97-6948, beginning on page 13736 in the issue of
Friday, March 21, 1997, make the following corrections:
1. On page 13736, in the first column, in the SUMMARY section, in
the 16th line, ``1991'' should read ``191''.
2. On page 13742, in the third column, under Paperwork Reduction
Act, in the third line, ``not'' should read ``no''.
3. On page 13743, in the first column, in the tenth line from the
bottom, ``fine'' should read ``final''.
