Proposed Information Collection and Request for Comments; Errata 
Notice

April 12, 2004.
    On April 9, 2004, the Commission issued a ``Notice of Request for 
Office of Management and Budget Emergency Processing of proposed 
information collection and request for comments'' in the above 
referenced proceeding. The notice omitted to include a question on 
possible impediments to adequate vegetation management. FERC-723 
``Vegetation Management Report'' is also to include the following:

    ``Describe any Federal or State regulatory provisions or 
practices that prevent or unduly delay adequate vegetation 
management. Also describe any other conditions or reasons (financial 
or otherwise) that prevent or unduly delay adequate vegetation 
management.''
