Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

April 15, 1997.
    Take notice that on April 11, 1997, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company 
(Koch) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheet to be 
effective April 12, 1996:

Fourth Sub First Revised Sheet No. 1408

    Koch states that this revised tariff sheet is being filed to comply 
with the Commission's Letter Order issued March 28, 1997 in Docket No. 
RP96-172-005. As directed, Koch revised the tariff sheet to add the 
sub-docket number to the bottom margin of the above referenced tariff 
sheet.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE. 
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance 
with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining appropriate action to be 
taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
