SUMMARY: The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) published a
document in the Federal Register of March 27, 1998, concerning
solicitation of competitive applications from organizations to operate
the Minority Business Development Centers (MBDC) listed in that
document. This document removes the Statewide New Mexico MBDC from that
list because MBDA has determined it was not necessary to solicit
    applications for this location.
