1995/1996 Antidumping Duty Administrative Review of Circular 
Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe From the Republic of Korea

AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of extension of time limit.

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce is extending the time limit of the 
final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of Circular 
Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe from the Republic of Korea. This review 
covers the period November 1, 1995 through October 31, 1996.

EFFECTIVE DATE: April 21, 1998.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Due to the complexity of issues present in 
this case, it is not practicable to complete this administrative review 
within the original time limit. Therefore, the Department of Commerce 
is extending the time limit for completion of this administrative 
review until June 8, 1998, in accordance with Section 751(a)(3)(A) of 
the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act 
of 1994.
    This extension is in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the 
Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1675 (a)(3)(A)).
