    Title: ACF Annual Grantee Survey of the Low Income Home Energy 
Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
    OMB No.: 0970-0076.
    Description: ACF is required by law to provide Congress with fiscal 
and caseload estimates of the Grantee LIHEAP Programs. The Secretary is 
also required to submit a report to Congress each fiscal year for the 
prior fiscal year.
