    The Department of Labor (DOL) hereby announces the submission of the following public information collection requests (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. chapter 35).     Description: Collection of the ETA-9000 data helps to provide information for the continuing evaluation of the Internal Security program for Unemployment Insurance. The time lag Start Printed Page 21377between detection of a vulnerability and implementation of a safeguard to overcome or correct the vulnerability puts the system at risk. The availability of data to evaluate the effectiveness of the safeguard can help shorten an agency's response in safeguarding automated areas of operation.     Title of the Collection: National Agriculture Workers Survey (NAWS).

    Estimated Total Annual Costs Burden: $0.

    Description: NAWS provides an understanding of the manpower resources available to U.S. agriculture. It is the national source of information on the demographic, occupational health and employment characteristics of hired crop workers.
