AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a notice appearing in the Federal 
Register on April 16, 1996 (61 FR 16651), that states that the 
Commission is considering issuance of an amendment to Facility 
Operating License No. NPF-76, issued to the Houston Lighting and Power 
Company. This action is necessary to change the filing date.
