AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the
State of North Dakota, (FEMA-1174-DR), dated April 7, 1997, and related
determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: April 10, 1997.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State
of North Dakota, is hereby amended to include the following areas among
those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the
catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his
declaration of April 7, 1997:
Adams, Billings, Bowman, Dunn, Golden Valley, Grant, Hettinger,
McKenzie, Mercer, Oliver, Sioux, Slope, and Stark Counties for
Categories A and B under the Public Assistance program (already
designated for Individual Assistance and Hazard Mitigation).
