Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Area 3 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Friday, May 16, 2003, from 3 p.m. EST to 7 p.m. EDT and May 17, 2003, from 8:30 a.m. EDT to 12:30 p.m. EDT at the Marriott Century Center, 2000 Century Boulevard NE, Atlanta, GA 30345. The Taxpayer Advocacy Panel is soliciting public comments, ideas and suggestions on improving customer service at the Internal Revenue Service. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
