The Commission hereby gives notice of the filing of the following agreements under the Shipping Act of 1984. Title: Hamburg Sud/Maersk Line Vessel Sharing Agreement.

Parties: Hamburg-Sud and A.P. Moeller-Maersk A/S.

Synopsis: The amendment deletes North Europe from the geographic scope of the agreement and makes corresponding operational changes to the parties' obligations under the agreement.
