02-10002. Dauphin Island Gathering Partners; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

Take notice that on April 15, 2002, Dauphin Island Gathering Partners (DIGP) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed below to become effective April 1, 2002. DIGP states that these tariff sheets reflect changes to delivery points and Maximum Daily Quantities (MDQ's).

DIGP states that copies of its filing is being served on its customers and other interested parties.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
