    Description of Relief Sought: Boeing Defense Space and Security is petitioning for an exemption of the affected sections of 14 CFR until June 30, 2019, to allow supplemental type certification of the Model 767-2C tanker airplane. The subject of the petition is the aerial refueling controller and associated software.
