Gas Company of New Mexico; Blanket Authorization To Export 
Natural Gas to Mexico

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting Gas Company of New Mexico 
(GCNM), a Division of Public Service Company of New Mexico, blanket 
authorization to export up to 8 Bcf of natural gas to Mexico over a 
two-year term, beginning on the date of first delivery.
    GCNM's order is available for inspection and copying in the Office 
of Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, SW., Washington, DC 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday 
through Friday, except Federal holidays.
