Texas; Amendment to Notice of an Emergency Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of 
Texas, (FEMA-3117-EM), dated February 23, 1996, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: April 15, 1996.

FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Pauline C. Campbell, Response and 
Recovery Directorate, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Washington,

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of an emergency for the State of 
Texas, is hereby amended to include the following area among those 
areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe 
declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of February 
23, 1996:

    Anderson, Bowie, Harrison, Sabine, Smith, Walker and Waller 
Counties for emergency assistance as defined in the amended 
declaration letter of February 29, 1996.
