This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Kansas (FEMA-1638-DR), dated 4/13/2006.

Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Straight Line Winds.

Incident Period: 3/12/2006 through 3/13/2006.

Effective Date: 4/13/2006.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 6/12/2006.
