AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document substitutes Channel 261C2 for Channel 261A at
Cassville, Missouri, reallots the Channel to Kimberling City, Missouri,
and modifies the license for Station KRLK to specify operation on
Channel 261C2 at Kimberling City. The Notice was issued in response to
a petition filed by Kevin M. and Patricia W. Wodlinger. See 60 FR
65618, December 20, 1995. The coordinates for Channel 261C2 at
Kimberling City are 36-30-00 and 93-23-00. With this action, this
proceeding is terminated.

2. Section 73.202(b), the Table of FM Allotments under Missouri, is
amended by removing Cassville, Channel 261A and adding Kimberling City,
Channel 261C2.
