Shoreline Management at Civil Works Project
AGENCY: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, DoD.

ACTION: Final rule; technical revision to correct authority citation.

SUMMARY: The final rule on shoreline management, published on August 
10, 1990, erroneously failed to include 16 U.S.C. 460d and 460l-6a as 
an authority for the regulation. (55 FR 30690, dated July 27, 1990) 
This revision will add the proper citation of statutory authority for 
Part 327. This revision will have no regulatory or economic impact, nor 
would it alter the present rights or responsibilities of the general 
public.
